Universal Music announced the release of a special, limited reissue of Bob Marley's iconic album & The Wailers Catch a Fire on the occasion of the 50 years of its release.
This special edition will have special formats such as a set of 3 vinyl LP and a 12″, as well as a set of 3 CD, in addition to a digital version, all of which will be released the next 3 of November.
The first LP and CD includes the complete final studio recording, while the LP 2 and the CD 2 is the live album recorded during a concert held at The Paris Theater in London.
The third LP and CD, titled Sessions, has alternative Jamaican versions, extended and instrumental versions of the album's original tracks.
While the disk 12 inches, just like the CD 3, They present three classic songs –”Slave Driver”, “Get Up Stand Up” Y “Stop That Train”- which were recorded live at The Wailers' legendary performance at the Sundown Theatre in the town of Edmonton, north of london.
Additionally, Each set will contain a book of Bob Marley photographs & The Wailers performed by Adrian Boot, Arthur Gorson, Dennis Morris y Neville Garrick and will also include press clippings from the time.
