His beginnings and career
The group born in 2006 is currently composed of one of the founders, Dofimanis, in addition to Rastaman Selecta and Polo parable, who joined along the way.
“Dofimanis, member of the rap group PDLA (Spider Town), and Bobby R, singer and DJ, they met in 2006 in the studio to start this story. DD: Mainly we have remained united by friendship and closeness since we all live in Puente Alto, We constantly meet in the studio whether to create something or simply share, in addition to sharing trips and shows in many places and for a long time.
—How do you define the Digital Dread label??
DD: I think Digital Dread stands out for its authenticity, although we are a group that fuses styles derived from reggae in Spanish, like that of Panama and Puerto Rico, also from North American rap and logically the roots of Jamaican dancehall reggae. We have created an identity that stands out from imitations and copies, achieving an original style.
