"Ama la vida" the new success of the Argentine band Riddim

From the other side of the mountain range, the reggae band - nominated for the Gardel Awards -, presents the third single from his album "A better world".

Inspired by a phrase by Bob Marley: "Love the life you live, Live the life you love", the outstanding Argentine group Riddim composed the theme "Love life", new single in which Néstor Ramljak also participates, vocalist of the band Nonpalidece. The single is part of the album "A better world", album that has already been nominated for the Gardel Awards 2020 (Argentina) for Best Reggae / Ska Album.

This song, that although it was recorded in 2019, It has a video clip made in times of pandemic by @gallorock_pix that shows two realities of the same story: the one that can be seen behind a screen and the one that actually happens when nature calls. With this message, the band makes a call to be aware that not everything is as they show it and that there will always be a new dawn, to give thanks again.

"Love life" is the third single from "A better world", album where you can appreciate the classic root reggae sound that characterizes them, along with the nuances and rhythms of the golden decades of this genre worldwide (the 70's and 80's), that have always been his clearest influence.

The disc was recorded at the beginning of 2019 at Estudios Azteca in Buenos Aires and is the eighth of his career. In this work they capture all the experience of their two decades of experience, soaked in addition to its freshness and renewed energy. With this plate, Riddim delivers a positive message, trying to keep the flame of love alive, peace and unity for all those who enjoy these new songs.

It should be remembered that the band Riddim born in 1996 in Buenos Aires, Argentina, under the leadership of Pety (vocalist) with the aim of delving into the sound and message of Jamaican and English reggae from the 70's and 80's. Over the years, the group became one of the forerunners of this genre not only in their country, but in all Latin America. With 10 released discs, eight of them study, They have included tributes to Jamaican music, ranging from calypso to rocksteady and reggae to ska.
