An expected return: Chronixx presents his new album “Exile”

This Friday the wait is over. The prominent Jamaican artist, Chronixx, launched his new album “Exile”, coinciding with his birthday number 33. The announcement was made during his presentation at the Festival Reggae Land, the largest reggae meeting in the United Kingdom and takes place this week as announced by the artist himself for his social networks.

The launch ends with 8 years of waiting since the publication of the musician's last full-length production, “Chronology” (2017), and the never released “Dela Splash”, planned for the 2020 and that was paused due to the pandemic and a break for the artist after becoming a father.

It is a release highly anticipated by its fans and will be published under the label Forever Living Originals, founded by Inflo (stage name of Dean Josiah Cover), also creator of the musical project Sault, which Chronixx has been a part of in recent years.

The new production has already begun to be distributed in countries like New Zealand, Australia and has progressively expanded to Europe and other regions of the world.

Finally we will be able to listen to the complete album by one of the most influential musicians of contemporary reggae!!

“Exile” is composed of 17 songs that mix reggae and its message of social awareness, Chronixx hallmark, where fuses textures of classic roots with soul influences and an experimental touch, resulting in an album reflecting exile in its emotional dimensions, spiritual and political.

This album promises to be one of the most emblematic of the year, marking a milestone in the artist's career and in current global reggae.
