CHALA presents his new album with tour Chile

– Reggae grouping makes its most extensive tour of our country.

"When I had 11 years I listened to Bob Marley for the first time on the radio. I fell in love with reggae to throw. At that time he wanted to know everything from Reggae and found several groups like Steel Pulse, UB40, Dennis Brown, Gregory Isaacs”, Benjamin recounts and recalls that it was in the year 1993 which he changed to live in California, U.S, a Maui, Hawaii. Keep going: "When I returned to Chile, years ago, I heard Gondwana and loved to throw. After years, I returned to my first tour in Chile 2015, and I send my music to I-Locks, the leader of Gondwana, He answered and invited me to sing a song in a show of them. It was a great honor for me!”.

The tour started in Pucon Chile, then he passed through Panguipulli, in the region of Los Rios, He arrived at Valparaiso and these days has scheduled shows in Santiago.

"The experience of playing in the south was something magical. I have traveled all over the world and for me the south of Chile is one of the most beautiful places I know. Make 20 years ago my dad bought a field in Panguipulli, then the Los Lagos is like my second home. What we did in southern people loved ", Benjamin account.

By Your Side, the album that brings it to Chile, It was written and produced by Benjamin Cerda, co-produced by David Elicciri Jr., who is also guitarist and producer Steel Pulse. "It took me a year to do so. In the beginning we recorded in my studio, Bass Yard Studios. On this album I wrote all the music, I made low, guitars and some percussion. There are two songs on this album I did in Chile: “No More Friction”, made in the study of Matias Radic and “Something”, I did in the studio of Daniel Gajardo. The rest of the album work with David Elecciri Steel Pulse (producer), Jimmy Cui Rumble Rock Recordz, and Michael Casil ", precise.
