the national singer Tiano Bless just released his new album called TIANO B PON THE BEAT, a job of 10 tracks with a hundred percent dancehall seal, mixed with variations such as afro and shatta in addition to the sounds that characterize it, where he presents his own style in a proposal that seeks to reach different markets around the world..
In conversation with Reggae Chalice Magazine, The prominent national artist commented that this is his first production completely made by himself. “I love being able to deliver an album that is 100% produced by me., I am happy to deliver this production that has a whole concept that surrounds the album, which is dancehall., the new dancehall from Latin America to the world, from a latin perspective”.
And he added that “I had never made a dancehall album so the concept, i made all the tracks on a dancehall musical journey”, anticipating the beginning of a trilogy: “the next album will be reggae and then hiphop”.
“Tiano B Pon The Beat”, his fourth studio production, has high-level collaborations such as Ky-Mani Marley Y Sara Lugo, as well as other national and international artists, as Pure Negga, Calibwey, Forelock, Cestar and Native Roots.
“The album's collaborations are full power. There are some who are from dancehall and others who are not and I like that a lot: innovate, bring new things to the table. For example, we can hear Sara Lugo in a dancehall riddim, something she doesn't usually do much, and it sounds amazing”, express.
Tiano Bless has been building his musical career for more than two decades and becoming a leader who has taken national dancehall reggae to different stages around the world..
This new album is their most global commitment so far: international artists, own production and a Latin dancehall sound that looks beyond the local scene without abandoning it.
Tiano's commitment to this new production is accompanied by a party under the same concept that he seeks to maintain throughout the year in Santiago, the north and south of the country and also outside Chile. Also, The artist will be at a festival in Lithuania during June, will be presented at Expoweed in Berlin, and will also be on Rototom, to mention some world scenarios.
“A whole era of dancehall with my label and that's what's coming for the year, a couple of parties “Pon The Beat” in Santiago and outside Chile, these parties are sounding more and more good and entertaining, It is a super Chilean and super dancehall proposal at the same time and that is what I wanted to achieve with this album., that it remained ours, own, and at the same time it still sounded fresh, dancehall nuevo”, He ended.
