Summer in Santiago concentrates a wide range of panoramas and one of them will be an unprecedented meeting called “Urban Expo” that will bring together various urban cultural expressions such as music, baile, Photography, among other, which will take place this Sunday 14 January in the center of Santiago.
Among the activities that will be carried out are the All Style battles; presentations of artists and crews; photography exhibition, paint and stickers; tattoo parade; designers show; and barber exhibition, braids y nails, among other, while the music will be provided by Chakana Soundsystem.
It will be the inaugural version of this initiative and according to Netherlands B-Fly, one of the organizers, The idea is that this instance has continuity over time.
“This will be the first edition and seeks to unify all the arts, styles, addresses, everything that comes with the urban (…) bring together all the arts. We have a room called 350 First (three, cinco, zero, Urban Movement and Arts) and in this room everything is happening, there are courses on different things, because the idea is for it to be a space for the arts and with the Expo we want to do the same”, Holland said to Reggae Chalice.
The event will take place this Sunday 14 January on Rosas Street 1128, Flag corner, in the commune of Santiago, between the 15:00 and the 21:00 hours and tickets will have a price of $3.000 Y 2 “Echoes of Sound Systems – When the Two 7’s Clash” is presented as the Sound Clash to end all the sound clashes that will compete for the first major $5.000.
