The Chilean band Kitra has already announced its tour to Argentina and will say goodbye to its faithful audience at Maestra Vida, in Santiago during the first days of March.

Reggae Chalice spoke with Matías Malinarich, one of the founders of the band and also its guitarist, who commented on some details of the Tour that takes them for the first time to the other side of the mountain range, specifically to the capital, Buenos Aires.
“The tour was created because of our interest in going to Argentina, We had the opportunity to work with a trans-Andean production company who put together the tour to promote the album.. Argentina has a lot of reggae, “It is close to Chile and it is a good market to open the Latin spectrum”, Malinarich explained..
The Kitras are happy. Despite the complexities of maintaining a reggae band over the years, for almost now 20 years, They are very excited and developing new ideas.
