The national singer Maialem released his new single “Down”, a reggae song to encourage people who are going through difficult times.
“This song seeks to be a space of encouragement and company for all those people who feel alone fighting every day.. It is a call to stay strong and not be defeated by adversity. further, Maialem dedicated the song to “all my reggae family and real lovers of Jamaican culture that since my beginnings they know that reggae is part of my musical history and that they have been waiting for this material for a long time” and invited the dancehall family to “enjoy the roots of Jamaican music”.
