Two years after its creation, Jamaican independent record label, Strappy Records, has dedicated itself to developing emerging talent and producing music that reflects the creativity and global influence of the island's music industry..
In this time, Strappy Records has released 22 official records, establishing as a growing independent label focused on quality music production, artist development and long-term career growth. Through strategic digital distribution, the label's music is available across major streaming platforms, reaching listeners in Jamaica and around the world.
Since his birth in October 2024, in Montego Bay,has collaborated with a diverse group of recording artists, including Grainz, 1jaydon, Chopii, YOUNG CHAPPA, Bricky, Prince Salah, Yung Gawd, forest, Vxlierr, Dehema, Amandi, Brickz17 Y Ringo Don. These collaborations reflect the label's commitment to supporting both emerging and established independent talents.
One of the label's most successful releases to date “Know Why” de YUNG CHAPPA, has surpassed the 112.000 views on YouTube, which highlights the growing audience for Strappy Records productions. In addition, the label has received independent editorial recognition, including topic coverage “Give Thanks Fi Life” by Brikz17 on the music website Riddims World, further strengthening its presence within the reggae and dancehall community.
