“Mecanizado” is the name of the debut single by the musician and composer Musik Pablo, now available on Spotify, Youtube and the different digital platforms. The proposal of this artist from Santiago mixes various sounds, but Reggae is its main common thread, with a social lyric that invites us to reflect on how we live in an automated system.
Pablo Becerra is a multi-instrumentalist musician, Chilean composer and producer who for more than a decade has been creating rhythms and melodies inspired by the reality that surrounds him., that have matured with the passage of time, fusing the sounds that have always captivated him like Rock, Reggae and Dub, this musical line becoming the engine that generates this new project.
This work has resulted in his first single. “This song talks about how society has become a mechanized system, automated in some way, where the education or indoctrination of people, the interests, propaganda and money is the basis to maintain it. The single finally invites us to maintain and not forget the desire to fight.", Musik Pablo noted in a press release.
The artist commented that his first production “has mixes of roots and reggae, but we have also integrated guitars, with a sound more linked to rock. The Dub line is in charge of the music producer Kutral Dub, who for me has a unique mind and vision to express this type of music, giving a feature that we hope people like”.
It is worth mentioning that “Mecanizado” is the first single that Musik Pablo releases from an EP by 5 songs that will be released little by little during this 2021 and the 2022, thus presenting his first musical production as a soloist.
