The trailer for the documentary about the life of Sister Nancy is released

In recent days the documentary trailer was released “Bam Bam: The Sister Nancy Story” which tells the life of the pioneering Jamaican dancehall singer based on her successful hit “Bam Bam” which became a very influential song in the history of reggae.

Tape, which was released in the Tribeca Film Festival in New York in the middle of last year, addresses the tour of 2022 from Sister Nancy for the 40 years of the song, with behind the scenes images, in addition to your daily life, performances, stock images, Photographs, interviews with a large number of top-level pop and reggae celebrities who know her or believe in her message.

The documentary will be released the next 31 from January on the Cineplax network in Canada, although for now there is no information about premieres in other latitudes or on streaming platforms.

“It is a true honor for me to be the subject of this documentary, I proudly represent Jamaica, reggae music, Rastafarians and strong black women around the world”, said the artist when the documentary premiered in Tribeca.
