The Big Island of Chiloé prepares to receive the second edition of the Chiloweed Expo, a meeting that seeks to consolidate itself as the main space for dissemination and education about cannabis in the south of Chile, that will take place on the days 7 Y 8 February at Quincho Huitauque, located at the Chonchi roundabout, in the commune of the same name.
The two-day meeting will have a musical selection of rhythms such as reggae, dancehall, jazz and rap, with a lineup of local and national artists that includes names like Juanito Ayala, Firehouse1, DJ Elajah, DJ Karuso, BSF Gang, Greenston and Vinópticos.
But this event won't just be music., as it will have a rich program with technical talks and workshops on medicinal cannabis, informative stands and dialogue spaces to integrate different generations.
There will also be space for “Magic kitchen”, medicinal pastries, Screen printing, comfort and design, local crafts, tattoos, perforations, growshop, craft beer, natural food and juices.
Solidarity collection
Likewise, the Expo Chiloweed will not only focus on green culture, but also in humanitarian support, since during both days there will be a solidarity collection intended for families affected by the recent forest fires that have affected the central-southern area of the country.
further, The organization highlighted that entry will be released for minors 13 years and older 65 years, reinforcing its message that access to information is a fundamental right for the entire community.
The meeting will feature the participation of prominent exhibitors and groups, among which are Cultivate Puerto Montt, Island Dispensary, Lion Roots, Kura Herbal Cigars and Mystic Center.
