“If You Only Knew” sets the tone for what will be his next EP "Be Somebody". Sevana is set to reach great heights with her unlimited vocal range and poignant depth. Born as Anna-Sharé Blake in Westmoreland Parish in Jamaica, Sevana coined her name after Savannah-La-Mar, the picturesque coastal town where he grew up. His musical awakening began at age eight during a Sunday morning breakfast., when it exploded into an impromptu performance of “A New Day” Celine Dion for her family.

“Music has always seemed instinctive to me. When I fill with feelings I write it, when I am happy, I sing, when i'm frustrated, bailo”, Sevana said in a press release sent by the production.

“My relationship with music is the only one that has remained reciprocal and, at the risk of sounding dramatic, it's my saving grace”, keep going. Iconic singers like Celine Dion, Beyoncé and Anita Baker have inspired the Jamaican singer, and now Sevana seems to follow in his footsteps. Sevana flows effortlessly between her powerful voice and her daring Jamaican patois, combining R & B / Traditional soul that influences her sound and the tropical percussion rhythms of the Caribbean that raised her.
