- This traditional summer event expands to two cities for the first time, con The Wailers, Israel Vibration and Prophetic Culture as the main attractions.
One of the main summer festivals in Chile, the Surf festival, has already confirmed its lineup of artists for the celebration of its 20 years, with a big surprise, because for the first time in its history it will be held in two locations.
In 2026, The festival will have its first stop in the Live Peñuelas de Coquimbo/La Serena, the Saturday 31 from January, while hethe second journey, the classic quote in Pancora de Pichilemu Condominium, will be carried out Saturday 14 February.
The first stop of Surf festival, in Coquimbo/La Serena, will have on stage The Wailers, Jamaican reggae group that is celebrating the 40 years of the successful album “Legend”, in a unique opportunity to revive the emblematic songs he performed with Bob Marley.
The line up of 31 January also features Canadian reggae-pop band Magic!, The Tits, Katteyes, Akriila, DrefQuila, Friend of Artists, Consequence of Energy, Dave Polo and D´ContraCacho.
Surfestival Pichilemu
Meanwhile, Surf festival Pichilemu, will have as headliner the renowned Puerto Rican reggae group Prophetic Culture, alongside the legendary Israel Vibration, The Tits, Bahiano, Katteyes, Akriila, Quique Neira, Harry Nach, Consequence Of Energy, Dave Polo, The Alive, Spiral Vortex, Seamoon, Aura Bae, El Shaaki, Santa Cochiguagua, Tao’A (Rapa Nui), Calm House, Sentinel, Runakaam, Dal Mar and Alfonsina.
The lineup in both cities is complemented by bands from the local scene such as The Tits and national artists such as Quique Neira, Bahiano, Katteyes, Akriila, DrefQuila and more.
