A sound journey to the roots of instrumental reggae is the proposal of “Cross Road”, the new song DeltoDub in collaboration with the Buenos Aires artist Pozoul, an instrumental piece where the essence of classic reggae is nourished by the versatility of the wind section and a solid base of roots reggae to give life to a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.
The synergy between DeltoDub and Pozoul arises from the need to explore the genre
as a purely sensory experience. As one's rhythmic precision
intertwines with each other's melodic textures and sound design, “Cross Road” I know
makes it the perfect accompaniment for moments of focus or
disconnection.
“Cross Road” It is a work that honors the rich instrumental tradition of reggae and features the participation of prominent musicians of the scene such as Winston Williams “Horseman” on drums.; Emanuelle Valencia from Manifesto Ska Jazz on Trumpet and Trombone, Pablo Jara “Chinoman” from Chinatown Ska on Saxophone and Flute, to name a few.
