The Chilean band Aitue begins his musical year with the release of the new single “Breaking Point”, a collaboration with the urban artist Matyza, also a native of The Andes, where the reggae group explores for the first time a territory closer to the rap y al soul/R&contemporary B, expanding their musical proposal without losing the essence that characterizes them.
The musical production was in charge of Aldo Jarufe, of Instinct Music, who also led the audiovisual production of the video clip, achieving a coherent work both sonically and visually: the result is an intimate song, modern and full of sensitivity.
“Break Point” immerses himself in a narrative about the romantic love, addressing that decisive moment in which a person bursts into life and generates an irreversible emotional change. The collaboration with Matyza provides a contrast and complement to the story, adding an urban and honest perspective that dialogues naturally with Aitue's proposal, reinforcing the local and artistic connection between both projects.
The song is now available on digital platforms and will be presented live next Friday 30 January at the legendary Raíces Bar on Cueto Street, in Santiago Center, where they will be accompanied by artists from the scene such as Frikitonaa and Reggaesencia.
