He announced it a couple of weeks ago on his Instagram account, the newest from the Chilean Balaguero is a dancehall combination with the Jamaican Devin Di Dakta, artist who was nominated for a grammy for her EP “Reggae for Her” in 2017 along with Sly and Robbie.
The new single that promises to be a hit is called "Bubble Fi Mi" produced by Van-Clive of StreetFame Records in Jamaica. With this combination, the young producer points again to the Latin market as he had previously worked with Fidel Nadal from Argentina.
Reggae Chalice spoke with Van-Clive about this new production and said that he really likes the Latin market and the groove put into this combination.. "Even if I don't speak the language, that's not what matters most to me, it's the rhythm and catchy phrases like Farruko does in "Passion Whine", Clive explained hinting at the song that the Puerto Rican recorded in 2014 with Sean Paul.
Accompanied by a smooth dancehall reggaeton rhythm, "Bubble Fi Mi", the new Balaguero with Devin Di Dakta will be released next 7 August for its digital platforms although it is already available in its pre-sale format.
"It was unexpected!, it has been one further step in my career being able to make songs with great artists ”, Balaguero said to Reggae Chalice on how this contact with Devin Di Dakta was conceived and announced that soon the artist will also release a remix where Balaguero participates.
